Return Policy for Wrong Size or Buyer Remorse
At Gear Up Threads, all of our items are made to order through print on demand technology. Due to this process, we cannot accept returns for wrong size or buyer remorse.
To ensure that you order the correct size, we encourage you to carefully review the product size chart, each size chart is available on the items description page, before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for personalized items, unless the item is faulty due to printing error.

At Gear Up Threads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your personalized purchase. Because each item is custom made to your specifications, we do NOT accept returns unless the item is faulty due to printing error.
If your personalized print item is faulty due to printing error, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the faulty item. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the personalization process. It is the customer's responsibility to review the personalization information carefully before submitting the order. If the error is due to customer mistake, we cannot accept a return or provide a refund.
If you receive a personalized item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
